• Upon customer receipt of goods where the packing is visibly damaged or damaged upon opening, we will gladly refund or replace any part. To help us, we would ask that if the outside packing / items enclosed, are damaged that it is reported to us as soon as possible.
• If the part ordered is incorrect on our behalf, we will gladly either replace the part of provide a full refund.
• If the customer has ordered the incorrect part, we will provide a correct replacement part but would charge additional postage charges.
• If the customer orders the item, receives it, and then changes their mind, a 25% re-stocking charge plus cost of postage will apply.
• We will not accept liability for damage caused by incorrect installation of a part.
• Any part being returned must be in the exact packaging and complete with any instructions which were originally enclosed.
• Any returned parts must not have any missing pieces - refunds will not be made if this is the case and the remainder of the order will be returned to the customer.
• If the customer has requested a personalised order (I.e., paintspraying etc.,) then orders can not be changed or cancelled.
